tomorrow an old friend of mine is coming over for a few days, so as a result I have to take my mum to work in order to have the car to pick him up and generally do stuff. This means that my alarm is set for 5:45 in order to complete my jog of, I'm hoping, 2-3k (he's getting an early train and my mum starts work at 8, ouch).
Today (or yesterday) I Managed:
- To completed all the stages of my plan, save the last which was going out as things got in the way.
- I got out and made myself complete my test jog.
- I learned that a scarf is a good thing which will save my throat from feeling shredded.
- I ate healthy and didn't snack (bonus!).
So Tomorrow:
- An early jog.
- Have a great time with a great friend I rarely get to see any more.
- Plan a trip to the Trafford Centre on Thursday.
- Receive my new clip-on tuner.
- Have a relatively early night.
Now I'm going to grab the, just shy of, 5 hours sleep I'm really going to need.
